Welcome to our appointment guidelines:

We operate on a 9-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 9 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and you will incur charges for the remaining amount without exceptions.

To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% of the service cost is required. Late cancellations within 24 hours may result in a non-refundable deposit. You are allowed two reschedulings with the same deposit. However, further changes will require a new appointment and a fresh deposit.

Should your lateness cause the cancellation of one or more services, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) forfeited. In the event of the entire appointment being canceled due to tardiness, the full amount will be charged.

To avoid a 50% charge of the remaining balance, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

For emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will work with you to reschedule the appointment at our discretion.

A failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge for the full remaining balance without any possibility of a refund. A single no-show will prohibit you from making future bookings, while two same-day cancellations will also prevent you from booking with us in the future.

If you fail to honor your appointment and the necessary charges cannot be processed, you will not be able to schedule any future appointments.

Considering COVID-19, all clients must wear a mask. If you do not have one, we can provide one for you at an additional fee. Furthermore, if you exhibit any signs of illness, you will be kindly asked to leave and must wait for two weeks before rescheduling your appointment.

First-time waxers must have hair that is at least 2 weeks post-shaven or a minimum of 1/4 of an inch long, with no exceptions. In the case that your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to inadequate hair length, you will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee based on your original appointment price.
